The villa is surrounded by its own private grounds of 5000 m2 within a gated community with 24 hours security. It is also right next door to Los Flamingos Golf Course, making it an ideal base for golfing enthusiasts. Flamingos Golf Club is just one of three championship golf courses within easy access of the villa. The villa also has its own professional putting green. The 5-star Villa Padierna, with one of the most luxury spas in Spain, is just 300 metres away from the property.

In addition, the villa also has a private tennis court and heated indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The outdoor pool is surrounded by flowers, palm trees and lawns, while the walls surrounding the indoor pool are decorated with murals, hand-painted by a local artist.
